Let Your Art Shine.
Artist applications for 2026 are now open!
Why Participate?
Art on the Mall is The University of Toledo Alumni Association's one-of-a-kind, outdoor juried art fair. The event offers the opportunity to showcase and sell your art to thousands of art lovers, families and summertime browsers. Cash prizes are available for selected artists.
Application Policies
The works submitted with your application must be representative of the work to be sold at the art fair. Clear, good-quality images are essential to a fair review. It is suggested that artists who have previously participated send photos of recent work.
Names of applicants will not be revealed during the review process. Artists may show work only in categories approved by the jury. This also applies to the jewelry category.
Late applicants will not be juried; therefore, they will not be eligible for awards. In addition, late applicants will be added to Art on the Mall based upon the discretion of the show, and decisions of the show are final.
There are specific guidelines in place for Art on the Mall regarding the authenticity of the work being presented:
All work must be created by the accepted artists themselves, should not be craft-like and must reflect high quality in workmanship. Precast or purchased items are not acceptable, except when repurposing. Any manufactured pieces that do not meet this criterion will not be allowed. Artists found to be misrepresenting their work will result in removal from the show and no refunds will be provided.
If you are interested in participating in this event, it is crucial to ensure that the work you present complies with these rules to avoid any issues. If you have any questions, please contact the Office of Alumni Engagement and Annual Giving at 419.530.2586.
